What are Moose Pak Wall Decals? Our decals are an inexpensive and innovative way to transform any room! Wall decals are like large self adhesive designs that adhere to the wall and are created in the design and color of your choice! They are simple to install and take less time than painting.

How easy is it to install Moose Pak Wall Decals? Our decals come with step-by-step installation instructions. Moose Pak decals are easy to apply. Just peel the decal off with the application tape. Apply to clean surface. Rub the decals on the clean surface, and then carefully peel off the application tape

Please note: Some of our larger decals come in sections that will seamlessly overlap during installation. Decals that are larger in size are easier to install with the help of a friend.

Are there surfaces this type of lettering won’t work for? Moose Pak lettering sticks to almost any smooth or lightly textured surface like painted walls, glass, mirrors, and smooth metal and wood. It will not stick to rough or uneven surfaces like bare cinder block, brick, porous aluminum, or stucco surfaces. Our products have been tested on general flat, semi-gloss and gloss paint with success. The wall surface MUST be clean, or the dirt/grease will cause the lettering to peel from the surface.

How easy is it to remove Moose Pak Wall Decals? Moose Pak decals are easy to remove! Simply start at one corner, roll them down at an angle and gently peel off the wall. Some touch ups may be required, depending on the age or condition of the painted surface underneath as well as the type of material used for your decals.

How long should I wait before applying my new wall decals after I Painted? Our vinyl manufacturer recommends that freshly painted surfaces be allowed to dry for 30 days before applying decals. This allows ample time for the surface to completely dry, thus allowing the decals to stick properly

Can I reuse Moose Pak Wall Decals after I take them off the wall? Our decals are not reusable

Do I keep the rights to a custom design that Moose Pak makes for me? For all custom designs that are created by Moose Pak, Moose Pak reserves all rights to the artwork, including being able to use the design as a product available for sale to everyone.

Why does it take 3-7 business days for standard processing? All our products are made to order, and because of this, we need time to process and create your decals according to your specifications.

How long does your vinyl last? Our vinyl is fade resistant, all weatherproof, won’t crack chip or peel. The average life span is 6 years with normal ‘use’, however usually much longer indoors. Metallic vinyls are minimum 1-3 years durability.

How much for a custom decal? Our custom decals are priced by colors, quantity, dimensions and design details. Postage can vary due to weight and type of shipment.

Are the decals legal on my vehicle? Different states have vastly different laws and regulations regarding decal placement. Most decals are legal as long as they do not block the driver’s view of the road. However, check with your local law enforcement agency to be certain.

Will the decal harm my painted surfaces of my vehicle? No! But here are a couple of concerns. Do not apply decals to ‘fresh’ paint. After a decal sits on your vehicle for many years and you want to remove the decal, the paint underneath could be effected by not being exposed to the weather conditions. The decal glue will not have any effect on the paint.

Can I put your decals on painted wood? The answer depends on the paint and how it is applied to the wood. The better the paint and the better it is applied the better the vinyl will stay applied. However, most customers never have a problem, but because we cannot predict the quality of the painted surface, Moose Pak cannot guarantee the application.

Can I wax or wash my vehicle right after I install the decals? For washing, you need to wait 5 days.  If you are going to wax your vehicle and there is a chance of getting wax on the decal wait at least 15 days. Some waxes have strong solvents and cleaners that can eat at the edge of the vinyl.

Note: while waxing may not hurt the decal, the decal does not need waxing.

What does “pre-spaced” mean? And can I place the lettering on multiple lines and places? Pre-spaced means that Moose Pak does all the positioning and spacing of the letters and words for you. The lettering arrives as a roll of text which you apply in sheets, or cut the sheet in any increment you choose to make your quote 2 or more lines.

My vinyl art is the wrong size for my space: Measure your space before ordering, or please contact us if you need help with a size different than displayed on our website. Moose Pak cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements of height or width of your purchase
